SHIPPING within Australia
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the address you provided. We recommend you to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If no one is home to receive the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. All shipping fee is calculated in Australian dollars.
Once we receive your order with payment usually we will process it within 24-48 hours. In cases of bank transfer payment, your order will only be processed after full payment received. We cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery once the products have left our premises as it is out of our control.
Orders will be processed and shipped on working days only, Monday to Friday. No processing and shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order throughout Australia:
Standard Delivery (up to 500 gr) – $8.95 flat rate (free for orders over $99.00)
Delivery time: 1-5 business days anywhere within Australia
Express Post Delivery (up to 500 gr) – 18.95 flat rate ($10. 00 for orders over $99.00)
Express Delivery time: 2-3 days depending on your location in Australia
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver to the following countries: New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK. International shipping is carried out by Australia Post.
International Airmail – $25.90 flat rate
Delivery time: 3-12 days depending on location.
Tracking: available
Please note that shipping fees do not include insurance, however if required can be arranged at an additional cost.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
It is very seldom if a parcel is lost or damaged during transit. To keep shipping cost down insurance is not included with orders, but if required we can add insurance to your parcel for an additional cost.
On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days of receipt to info@arquebusesskincare.com.au and we will arrange a replacement for you.
All claims for uninsured parcels are to be made directly to the delivery carrier. Once the parcel is left our premises it is out of our control and it becomes the responsibility of the shipper and/or receiver. We make everything possible on our side to inspect and pack your items carefully to avoid damage during transit ensuring that you receive them in original condition.
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.
